Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a safe and confidential space to explore life transitions, relationships, trauma, anxiety, or depression. My approach integrates psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness, and attachment-based therapy to help you reconnect with your sense of self and emotional balance. Each session is tailored to your goals—whether that’s healing from past wounds, improving communication, or developing new coping skills to navigate everyday challenges.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps the brain reprocess difficult or overwhelming experiences that may still be impacting your present life. In our work together, we use a gentle, collaborative pace to address symptoms like anxiety, intrusive thoughts, panic, and relational triggers. EMDR sessions may also integrate somatic and mindfulness-based resourcing to support safety and regulation. This approach is particularly effective for trauma, grief, or experiences of loss of control and can be combined with IFS and body-based techniques for deeper healing.
Somatic & Eco-Therapy
Somatic and Eco-Therapy bridge mind-body awareness with connection to the natural world. Through grounding exercises, mindful movement, and sensory engagement, we explore how the body holds emotion and memory. Sessions may take place indoors or outdoors—such as along the beach or on a local hiking trail—to deepen the sense of safety, grounding, and presence. This integrative approach supports trauma recovery, anxiety reduction, and reconnection with the self through the rhythm of nature.
